Honey and "wooster" Glazed Chicken


Music by: Jason Shaw www.youtube.com This is in my list of "everyday" recipes. It is a sweet and spicy sauce. The original recipe is for only half this sauce, I have doubled all the quantities because I like extra sauce. 4 boneless chicken breasts 8 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 6 tbsp liquid honey 6 tbsp ketchup 2 tbsp water 1 tsp ginger Brown chicken breasts slightly in a non-stick pan, about 4 minutes on each side. In a small bowl combine sauce ingredients and blend well. Add to the chicken, continue to cook, basing an turning the chicken occasionally until it is done and the sauce has thickened and reduced a bit.
